About this role

Senior Manager — Process Control & Automation Engineering leads multi-disciplinary automation teams to deliver safe, compliant, and reliable automated systems for Lilly's Lebanon API facility startup and ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Define automation strategy; Own Node automation roadmap; Lead cross-functional automation teams; Ensure lifecycle compliance; Manage capital tooling assets

Technical Overview

Managing Node automation platforms, DCS/PLC, PAT, MES interfaces, data historians, data historians, and historians; compliance with cGMP, Data Integrity, CSV; SDLC; validation strategies.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior process control engineer with 7+ years' experience in regulated manufacturing, strong knowledge of DCS/PLC/PAT/MES, and PE license. They should lead automation projects on greenfield/API facilities, integrate vendor platforms, and ensure compliance and data integrity.

Must-Have Skills
