About this role
Lead a team of product managers responsible for the roadmap and lifecycle of Amazon Leo antenna systems and accessories. You will define product vision and strategy, translate customer needs into prioritized requirements, and partner cross-functionally to launch products that drive customer adoption.

Technical Overview
This role centers on RF antenna systems and hardware product delivery for a LEO (low Earth orbit) satellite broadband initiative. You will manage antenna product lifecycle from inception through launch and adoption, aligning roadmaps and feature tradeoffs with customer and business requirements across engineering, design, and finance.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior product management leader with 6+ years managing product teams and delivering hardware products. They have proven experience defining and owning roadmap strategy, understanding customer needs, and working with RF systems—especially RF antenna systems in LEO or satellite communication contexts.
