Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of communication plans for cybersecurity and technology initiatives
- Partner with technology teams to develop consistent messaging around AI/ML, digital transformation, and data-driven solutions
- Create clear content (articles, intranet posts, presentations, leader messaging)
- Use AI-powered writing/editing/content optimization tools to accelerate and optimize content
- Track and analyze content performance and surface insights for improvements
Technical Overview
Own execution of communications plans covering cybersecurity and technology initiatives. Produce technology content for non-technical audiences and leverage AI-powered writing/editing and content optimization tools, then track content performance using analytics and AI-generated insights.
