Senior Manager leading the Data Architecture for Agentic Systems within AWS Strategic Accounts, responsible for modernizing data architectures, AI readiness, and governance at enterprise scale. Role combines hands-on customer work with team leadership and go-to-market collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- Own pipeline generation, revenue delivery, and customer modernization goals
- Engage VP and CTO-level executives to establish trusted advisor relationships
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy including migration acceleration and AI-ready data patterns
- Drive data governance, interoperability, and AI data patterns (vector storage, RAG)
Technical Overview
Leads data architecture modernization initiatives leveraging AWS data services (S3, Aurora, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, SageMaker, Glue, Athena, EMR) and open source components (Apache Iceberg). Focus areas include vector storage, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and enterprise data governance and migration.
