About this role
AWS is looking for an experienced senior manager to lead storage solution architecture efforts and manage a team of storage Solutions Architects. The role focuses on customer engagement, technical enablement, technical go-to-market initiatives, and producing customer-facing guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of storage solution architects,
- Run technical go-to-market initiatives aligned to adoption and revenue objectives,
- Hire, onboard, train, and develop Solutions Architects,
- Coach Solutions Architects for one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions,
- Produce and share best practices via whitepapers, data sheets, and customer guidance
Technical Overview
You will lead storage solutions architecture programs on AWS, shaping both technical and customer-facing skills of Solutions Architects. You will run technical go-to-market activities aligned to adoption and revenue objectives, create mechanisms to track team success, and step into Solutions Architect work as needed to support customers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior AWS storage solutions leader who has managed a team of Solutions Architects and built technical credibility with customers. They can drive technical go-to-market initiatives, develop metrics to measure success, and also step into Solutions Architect work when needed while producing customer-facing guidance like whitepapers and data sheets.
