About this role
Lead Fulfillment Center inbound or outbound operations by owning safety, quality, performance, and customer experience. Manage and develop a team of Operations and Area Managers while driving Lean initiatives, operational metrics, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives
- Responsible for overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience for inbound or outbound operations
- Sets and clarifies requirements and expectations; measures performance and holds managers accountable
- Leverages Operations and Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas into improvement plans
- Works with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT) to secure resources for projects and initiatives

The ideal candidate is a senior operations leader with 7+ years of direct management experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment, including owning staffing, performance management, and results against operational metrics. They lead Lean-driven quality and process change initiatives for Fulfillment Center inbound/outbound operations while coaching Operations and Area Managers to deliver safety, quality, performance, and customer experience outcomes.
