Sr. Operations Manager responsible for budgetary, people development and operations objectives, leading a team of Operations and Area Managers and driving Lean initiatives.

- Drives creation of quality initiatives
- Responsible for safety, quality and performance
- Sets requirements for Ops Managers and measures performance
- Leverages Managers to implement improvement plans
- Shares best practices across departments
Technical Overview
Focus on Lean/process improvement, safety, and customer experience across inbound/outbound operations; coordination with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior operations leader with a proven track record in NACF AR operations, strong Lean/process improvement experience, and the ability to lead budgeting and people development across sites.
