Sr PCB Specialist supports Annapurna Labs' ML hardware by shaping PCB/PCBA technology roadmaps, qualifying new processes, and leading global supplier relationships to enable mass production.

Technical Overview
Expertise in PCB/PCBA TECHNOLOGIES, HDI, lamination, interconnects, reliability, supplier management, and mass production readiness; cross-functional collaboration with Hardware and SI teams.
Ideal Candidate
Senior PCB/PCBA engineer with 10+ years of PCB/SMT experience, global supplier management, and deep expertise in HDI stackups, laminate systems, and reliability engineering, capable of leading cross-functional teams in mass production for ML hardware.
Must-Have Skills
B.S. or higher in Materials ScienceChemistryElectrical Engineeringor related technical discipline or equivalent experience.10+ overall years of experience across PCB and PCBA/SMT technologiesincluding at least 5 years leading largeglobalcross-functional engineering or manufacturing technology organizations.Demonstrated mastery of PCB technology development including laminate systemsinterconnect structuresHDI/multilayer stackupsfabrication processesand reliability engineering.Proven experience managing and developing global PCB supply basesincluding technology roadmapsqualificationsquality programscapacity strategiesand supplier performance management.
