Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for design, stability, and improvement of core people systems, overseeing integrations across HRIS, ATS, and LMS, and delivering scalable reporting.

  • Own configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization of HRIS and related systems
  • Lead complex system initiatives including enhancements and implementations
  • Define and maintain data integrity, system design, and workflows
  • Oversee integrations and data flows across HRIS, ATS, LMS
