About this role
Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for design, stability, and improvement of core people systems, overseeing integrations across HRIS, ATS, and LMS, and delivering scalable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own configuration, structure, and ongoing optimization of HRIS and related systems
- Lead complex system initiatives including enhancements and implementations
- Define and maintain data integrity, system design, and workflows
- Oversee integrations and data flows across HRIS, ATS, LMS
- Guide testing, data validation, and rollout planning for system changes
Technical Overview
Focus on HRIS configurations, data governance, reporting dashboards, and Power BI analytics with UKG and Oracle HCM exposure in a government remote context.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior HRIS analyst with deep UKG/HRIS expertise, strong data governance and reporting capabilities, and experience leading large HR system enhancements in a federally regulated, remote environment.
