Senior ServiceNow HR Platform Analyst responsible for administration and optimization of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and related digital platforms, including Unily; collaborates across HR, IT, and Communications in a hybrid environment based in West Chester, PA.

- Lead the optimization and automation programs using ServiceNow; Partner with HR, Communications, IT to gather requirements and design solutions; Manage digital platforms' integrity and compliance; Drive portal optimization and cross-functional collaboration; Manage stakeholder expectations and reporting
