Sr. Principal Analyst - Data Engineering leads data strategy, architecture, and governance for site-wide data workloads in a healthcare setting, with extensive AWS and data modeling requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define vision and strategy to manage data across the site
- Set up processes for expansion, maintenance, and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver prioritized solutions
- Architect data models for operational, analytical, and dimensional use cases
- Lead data governance and master data management initiatives
Technical Overview
Expert in data modeling and analytics, spanning SQL, ETL/data ingestion patterns, cloud migration, and governance. Proficient with ER/Studio, Erwin, TOAD, and AWS data services; strong BI and analytics background.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior data engineer with 10+ years designing large-scale data models, strong SQL/data modeling proficiency, and AWS data architecture experience, capable of leading data strategy for a healthcare site.
Must-Have Skills
