Lead complex process design and improvement initiatives within State Farm's Claims operation. Drive data-driven insights, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to optimize performance and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, end-to-end process design initiatives across departments
- Provide process engineering expertise and coaching
- Define process design plans and implementation
- Continuously improve and innovate across multiple segments
- Present progress and analysis to executives with simple storytelling
Technical Overview
Emphasis on Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, data analytics, and cross-functional process optimization; experience with claims processes and enterprise data is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of process/project management experience, Lean Six Sigma and Agile credentials, and a track record leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives in claims operations.
