About this role
Senior Product Analyst leads analytics for the Launch Line Intelligence product line, translating manufacturing needs into product requirements and managing backlog and cross-site collaboration in a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary user-facing partner for advanced process analytics use cases
- Translate user needs into clear requirements and user stories
- Facilitate structured user feedback and backlog items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with MPI standards
- Develop training materials and documentation
Technical Overview
Focus on manufacturing analytics using Seeq and BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire, JMP); engagement across MPI ecosystem; adherence to GMP/GxP; strong Agile/CI approaches.

The ideal candidate is a senior product analyst with 6+ years in manufacturing analytics, experienced with Seeq and digital manufacturing platforms, capable of translating business needs into product requirements and managing backlogs across sites.
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering or equivalent technical field with 6+ years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience with advanced industrial analyticsAdvanced knowledge of probability and statisticsStrong ability to translate business needs to technical requirementsand to communicate digital concepts to non-technical personnelStrong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate with key stakeholder groups and drive/influence results in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to independently develop innovative solutions for complex problemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively with a globally distributed teamPractice in Agile Methodology and Continuous Improvement and with a Digital & Innovative mindsetExpertise in authoring and executing technical documentation following industry standards and methodologies (SDLCAGILE)
