Senior Product Manager for rare earth metals leads strategic sourcing, supply continuity, and diversification across critical mineral supply chains, managing magnets, catalysts, and specialty materials from ore to end products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy - Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies for rare earth metals including neodymium, praseodymium, dysprosium, terbium, samarium, and other critical REEs
Roadmap - Own the product roadmap for rare earth-dependent components including magnets, catalysts, and specialty materials used in inductors, transformers, power IC and modules
Diversification - Build and maintain a diversified global supplier base to mitigate geopolitical supply chain risks
Partnership - Build strategic partnerships with rare earth miners, processors, and refiners globally
Manufacturing - Manage the transition from raw ore through separation, refining, and metal production and recycling stages

Technical Overview

Deep domain expertise in rare earth elements, global supplier diversification, and contract negotiation; experience with PCN/MCN, obsolescence, and lifecycle management.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior product manager with 5+ years in supply chain or product management for rare earth metals, able to architect strategies for diversification, offtake agreements, and end-to-end material lifecycle from mining to Recycling.
