About this role
Own the expansion of Alexa built-in (ABI) segments and Alexa+ features and define OEM-ready product requirements derived from the Alexa roadmap. Lead partner release documentation, cross-functional alignment, and release quality metrics, then drive continuous improvement through post-launch retrospectives and root-cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own partner release PRDs / launch docs for Alexa Built-In features
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, Certification, BD, and Ops
- Author Amazon-style product mechanisms: PRFAQs, LRRs, CPRs, roadmap reviews
- Identify systemic partner release pain points and convert them into product or platform initiatives
- Represent partner release priorities in quarterly and annual planning
Technical Overview
This role focuses on partner-facing Alexa Built-In integrations for third-party endpoints (e.g., Smart TVs and Speakers) and the orchestration of release architecture, dependencies, and backward compatibility across OEM devices. It requires technical product judgment around firmware constraints, UX differences, partner capabilities, and measurable launch readiness.

The ideal candidate is a senior technical product manager with a strong track record launching and expanding enterprise software experiences with clear release quality ownership.
