Sr Product Manager - Tech, Enterprise Security Products

Amazon is hiring a Sr Product Manager - Tech to build AI-first, enterprise security products in a newly launched, cloud-agnostic security group. The role owns product strategy end-to-end, converts security practitioner needs into requirements and KPIs, and ships products rapidly with short feedback loops.

• Own product strategy and vision end-to-end, including zero-to-one roadmap ownership
• Drive AI-first product thinking for agentic and RAG-based security experiences
• Lead implementation planning, prioritization, and phased rollouts with engineering
• Conduct customer research with security practitioners and CISOs to validate hypotheses
• Write crisp product requirements with use cases and KPIs and run tradeoff conversations

You will collaborate closely with engineers, security researchers, and applied scientists to define what to build and how it reaches customers. The product requires strong understanding of agentic architectures, conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration, plus the ability to synthesize security technologies across AWS and other cloud environments.

The ideal candidate is a senior Product Manager (Tech) who can lead end-to-end product strategy for AI-first enterprise security products. They have experience translating customer and security practitioner needs into crisp requirements and measurable outcomes (KPIs), with strong understanding of agentic architectures, conversational interfaces, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration across AWS and other clouds.
