About this role

Lead and optimize the compliance program for Amazon Leo, focusing on outages, IP/DNS blocking, traffic routing, and security reporting; partner with multiple teams to drive scalable compliance across a growing satellite service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive compliance workstream strategies aligned with Amazon Leo's global service expansion goals and objectives
  • Own ongoing prioritization, resourcing and development of GSC's strategy and plan for assigned compliance workstreams
  • Plan GSC's roadmap and mechanism structure to scale globally
  • Be a subject matter expert and central point of contact for internal and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own administrative functions for internal coordination

Technical Overview

Program management with data-driven insights; governance of compliance domains; experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI; export control considerations.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with 5+ years leading complex compliance programs, strong data-driven decision making, and experience across telecom/network security domains; capable of communicating with senior leadership and coordinating multiple workstreams across geographies.
