About this role

Senior program manager leading new product introduction programs in AMD's semiconductor organization, coordinating across engineering and business to deliver multi-site projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Drives Requirements, Definition, Design, technology, supply chain, platform, product, software, ecosystem, quality and business functions
Responsible to Engineering and Business leadership and reports out regularly to executives on status, decisions, and solutions to issues during execution
Understand overall program and ensure cross-functional organizations plans are aligned to meet program requirements and commitments
Ability to network, build relationships and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels
Manage a portfolio of strategic product and technology development initiatives

Technical Overview

Program leadership across chip design and product development lifecycle; cross-functional coordination; financial planning; PMP preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior program manager with proven semiconductor NPIs experience, strong leadership and global collaboration skills, capable of driving programs from concept to production while managing financials.
