As a Sr. Program Manager for Supply Chain at Fauna, you will own the end-to-end supply chain program from strategic sourcing through demand planning, inventory management, and materials fulfillment. You will lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, and the contract manufacturer to ensure parts availability and business visibility for decision-making.

  • Own vendor selection and onboarding across mechanical/electrical/electromechanical categories
  • Develop demand forecasts and manage inventory levels and shortage risk
  • Coordinate production materials planning with the contract manufacturer including consigned vs. turnkey and kitting
  • Own end-to-end PO lifecycle from issuance through receipt and reconciliation
  • Build and scale supply chain processes with ERP/MRP setup/optimization and lead cost reduction initiatives

This is a supply chain program leadership role emphasizing procurement execution and operational process setup. It includes ERP/MRP setup or optimization, end-to-end purchase order management, supplier performance monitoring (on-time delivery and component yield), and logistics/freight strategy for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.

The ideal candidate is a senior supply chain program manager with strong ownership across strategic sourcing, demand planning, and inventory management. They partner effectively with engineering and contract manufacturers, manage supplier performance using scorecards, and drive operational visibility through PO lifecycle management and ERP/MRP setup or optimization.
