Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior project manager with 4-7 years of PM experience in energy projects (transmission, substations, gas) and CAPM certification, capable of leading complex initiatives and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 4-7 years of PM experience OR High School Diploma and 6-9 years of PM experienceCAPM or CAPM within two years (PMP also fulfills)Demonstrated success managing projectsStrong communication and independent judgment
