Sr Project Manager, Midstream Large Projects

Oversee midstream large capital projects from early planning and funding through execution, commissioning, and closeout. Drive improvements in project delivery methods while managing safety, schedule, cost, risk, and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate and manage multiple capital projects (ranging up to $100MM) from funding approval through commissioning
• Define project scope and develop cost estimates, schedules, risk evaluations, and detailed Project Execution Plans
• Manage project cost and schedule performance, including accurate spend forecasting
• Coordinate permitting, right-of-way, environmental, and other regulatory requirements
• Maintain project documentation and reporting, including status updates, risk registers, change orders, lessons learned, and closeout packages

Leads project execution across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup for projects up to $100MM. Applies FEL, critical path analysis, change management, cost and schedule management, and formal documentation for risk registers, change orders, and as-built/closeout packages.

The ideal candidate is a senior project manager with 7+ years delivering midstream oil & gas or energy infrastructure projects end-to-end, from early planning and funding through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. They are highly skilled in FEL, critical path analysis, change management, and cost/schedule performance, including managing engineering and construction contractors.
