Lead end-to-end RFP and proposal management for enterprise opportunities in healthcare, coordinating security and due-diligence processes and aligning Sales, Legal, Security, and Product for winning submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RFP and proposal response process
- Develop compelling narratives for payer audiences
- Manage and improve content library
- Coordinate security questionnaires and due diligence
- Lead cross-functional project efforts for large deals
Technical Overview
Proficiency with RFPIO and Salesforce; strong written communication and project management; familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST requirements.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior proposal and revenue-operations professional with 12+ years in enterprise RFP/proposal management, strong writing and storytelling, and a track record coordinating Sales, Legal, Security, Product, and Finance on large healthcare deals.
