About this role
Smartsheet is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to support Go-To Market Enablement reporting. The role defines enablement strategy and creates KPIs using data, driving projects independently and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership to identify business questions and challenges
- Lead projects to develop solutions and design KPIs
- Present insights to executives for performance improvements and process enhancements
- Analyze and report data with focus on sales, Customer Excellence, and technical training/enablement consumption
- Use cohort analysis and predictive models to evaluate cause-and-effect scenarios
Technical Overview
The technical scope includes collecting and analyzing performance and enablement metrics, running cohort analysis, building predictive models, and conducting other statistical analysis to explain cause-and-effect scenarios. You will focus analytics on sales, Customer Excellence, and enablement activities including training and consumption.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Revenue Operations Analyst focused on Go-To Market Enablement reporting who can independently drive data projects and translate business questions into analysis, KPIs, and executive-ready recommendations. They have strong analytical skills including cohort analysis, predictive models, and statistical analysis, and they communicate effectively with GTM leadership and internal stakeholders.
