Lyra Health seeks a Sr. Salesforce Developer to maintain and enhance Salesforce instances, build robust integrations with third-party systems, and drive scalable, secure processes across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner and consult with stakeholders to define requirements; configure and optimize Service Cloud features; architect and build integrations with third-party systems; act as SME for sales processes; document implementations and provide training
Technical Overview
Hands-on development in Salesforce with Apex, LWC, Flow, and CPQ; strong API integrations (REST/SOAP) and CTI integrations (Five9/Genesys); collaboration across teams; Agile environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years building enterprise solutions, strong experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, CPQ, and robust integration skills (REST/SOAP, Jira). Must be comfortable in a fully remote, US-based environment and capable of guiding cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
5+ years experience with the Salesforce application in a technical and/or functional role that has owned defining and delivering custom enterprise solutions4+ years of development experience with Salesforce (ApexLightning ComponentsForce.com APIs and Web Services) or other relevant programming experience5+ years of experience in general technical development and supportExperience in working with Service CloudDesigndevelopand implement complex custom solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud utilizing ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)and declarative tools (Flows)Experience working with Sales CloudService cloudData Cloud and Marketing CloudExperience working with GTM teams and Sales team is essential.Prior experience with CPQ and involvement in at least one end-to-end CPQ implementation is preferredExcellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to share insights and expectations with stakeholders and colleaguesboth locally and remotelyProven ability to integrate multiple SAAS systems with Salesforce using both integration applications as well as custom built integrations (using SalesforceRESTSOAP APIs)Ability to create data mapping and transformation processes to ensure data consistencyaccuracyand integrity between Salesforce and integrated systemswhile adhering to data security and compliance standardsDeep familiarity with Salesforce security modelMaster of problem identificationroot cause analysisand troubleshootingIntimate knowledge of platform governor limits to enable apps that scale to large data and large numbers of usersExperience with Agile tools and methodologies
