About this role

Senior SAP Basis Administrator responsible for maintaining CMC’s global SAP landscape across on-prem and cloud environments, including HANA S/4, Fiori, and cloud integrations. Leads technical upgrades and changes with offshore/onshore teams while ensuring 24x7 production support.

Key Responsibilities

Participate on the team responsible for maintaining CMC's SAP technical landscape and administration
Production and Project support and monitoring of a global SAP Environment including SAP on premise and cloud applications
Provide QA, technical guidance, and customer support while coordinating with off-shore Basis team members
Install, administer, tune, support, and monitor the SAP Environments while supporting CMC's business and IT teams
Lead technical upgrades, approved architecture changes, and other change activities requiring Basis skills

Technical Overview

Technical scope includes SAP Basis administration across SAP HANA/S/4HANA, SAP Cloud (BTP/ALM/IAS/IPS/Integration Suite/Cloud Connector), patching and kernel upgrades, RFCs, Web Dispatcher, SAPRouter, SNC/SSO, and cloud integrations (OData/REST/Event Mesh).

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior SAP Basis administrator with 7+ years of SAP Basis/NetWeaver experience, strong ABAP and JAVA proficiency, and hands-on experience with SAP HANA/S/4HANA and cloud environments (RISE S/4, BTP). They should be able to lead upgrades, work with a global team (onshore/offshore), and ensure 24x7 SAP availability.
