About this role
The Sr. ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role enhances customer experience workflows and enterprise automation with a focus on governance, release discipline, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the ServiceNow AI Platform (tables, forms, fields, views, notifications, knowledge content, service portals, user access)
- Provide guidance to less experienced administrators and business users by reviewing configurations and reinforcing best practices
- Deliver well-scoped enhancements that improve customer experience operations
- Partner with stakeholders to translate operational needs into platform solutions
- Support governance standards, release discipline, and data quality practices for stable and secure operations
Technical Overview
You will administer the ServiceNow AI Platform by configuring core platform elements (tables, forms, fields, views, notifications, knowledge content, service portals, and user access). The role supports stable, secure operations and delivers well-scoped enhancements aligned to operational priorities and compliance expectations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow administrator and hands-on platform owner who can run day-to-day ServiceNow administration, configuration, and support. They are experienced with ServiceNow platform components (tables, forms, fields, views, notifications, knowledge, and service portals) and can drive continuous improvement across customer experience operations and enterprise workflow automation.
