About this role
Senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB analyst responsible for planning, designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow IT Asset Management services, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance with budget responsibility for small projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping; Execute ITOM configurations; Ensure CI reconciliation via IRE; Build and refine Service Maps; Conduct Health Checks and release planning
Technical Overview
Hands-on with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, CMDB, Mid Server, and governance of data; familiarity with CIS/CMDB data foundations and data reconciliation.

The ideal candidate is a senior ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB professional with 4-7 years of IT experience, expert in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB governance, and comfortable leading ITSM initiatives in a hybrid environment.
