Travelers is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to perform advanced end-to-end software engineering and provide technical leadership. The role focuses on embedding GenAI technologies into the engineering ecosystem while improving delivery maturity through automation, resiliency, and modular API-driven architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed GenAI technologies and practices into the engineering ecosystem
- Deliver advanced end-to-end software engineering (design, develop, test, debug, troubleshoot, document)
- Champion modern software delivery patterns, automation, and best-in-class resiliency practices
- Enable modular, API-driven, decoupled solutions for domain-aligned teams
- Provide technical leadership, consulting, and subject matter expertise across applications and systems
