About this role
Trade Compliance Analyst responsible for end-to-end export license processes, compliance monitoring, and recordkeeping; leads AES EEI auditing, restricted party screening, and licensing activities across SAP/GTS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of export license applications using SNAP-R
- Maintain license records and reporting
- Support compliance policies and restricted party screening
- Review blocked orders and apply licenses
- Perform AES EEI auditing and post-filing activities
Technical Overview
Hands-on export license administration with SNAP-R; AES EEI filings; SAP GTS; ECCN/HTS classification; compliance monitoring and audits; Power BI for analytics is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level trade compliance analyst with 3+ years of export controls experience, proficiency in SNAP-R, AES EEI, and SAP GTS, and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to navigate complex regulatory requirements.
