Provide deep expertise across networking topics including routing, switching, wireless, and telco-related circuit installations, with demonstrated experience in a Cisco hardware environment. Apply technical product management practices to gather VOC requirements, define personas, decompose problems, and align stakeholders to deliver network-critical capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a senior network operations/network product expert with strong network design and build principles and hands-on experience in a Cisco hardware environment. They combine deep networking knowledge (routing, switching, wireless, telco circuit installations) with technical product management capabilities to gather VOC requirements, decompose problems, prioritize validated customer needs, and align product and engineering stakeholders.
