Lead the end-to-end User Adoption and Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for Workforce Enablement services, ensuring technology investments translate into measurable productivity gains and improved Digital Employee Experience (DEX). Design and deliver role-based enablement and adoption programs, and lead multichannel change communications.
