About this role
This role drives the effectiveness of talent management and organizational development programs for executive clients and their teams. You will facilitate business talent reviews, support succession planning, and promote individual development planning for leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the business talent review and succession planning processes for assigned business units
- Promote individual development planning and build leader/employee capability
- Coach leaders on development tools like job assignments and job rotations
- Plan, facilitate, and report to support effective talent selection and development
- Help ensure ready talent to meet strategic business objectives
