About this role
Sr. Technical Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to Okta Strategic Customers, focusing on Workforce Identity and related solutions. You will build deep customer relationships, drive deployment strategies, and expand Okta adoption within large enterprise accounts.

- Strategic Customer Partnership & Influence: Build deep, long-lasting relationships with customers as their go-to technical advisor
- Align identity strategies with business objectives and tailored success plans
- Drive deployment strategies and adoption across customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand Okta footprint
- Manage technical escalations and customer outcomes
Technical Overview
Role involves deep technical expertise in IAM, SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, and ITDR, with awareness of cloud platforms and enterprise security considerations. You will translate customer needs into actionable technical plans and collaborate with product and field teams.
