About this role

Lead and coordinate technical infrastructure programs across AWS, supporting delivery teams, networking, infrastructure, and regional operations. Provide regular program reporting to senior leadership, manage escalations and critical decisions, and drive change management through adoption of new workflows and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis to senior leadership (root-cause analysis and improvement linkage)
  • Summarize escalation support and critical leadership decisions
  • Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously
  • Develop, plan and build implementation solutions for cross functional collaboration to unblock infrastructure dependencies
  • Drive adoption with internal customers through effective change management

Technical Overview

Own program-level planning and implementation solutions that enable cross-functional collaboration for infrastructure-dependent initiatives. Use root-cause analysis, risk identification, and operational workflow optimization to improve data center performance while maintaining safety and security standards.
