J&J MedTech Surgery seeks a Sr Technical Product Manager for robotics software in Santa Clara to own roadmaps, drive Agile processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver regulated healthcare products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and platform backlog
- Define quarterly objectives and delivery plans
- Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional R&D initiatives
- Lead planning, tracking, and execution cadence using Agile
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, UX/UI and leaders
