About this role
This role owns the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional technical programs for an AWS Strategic Accounts team supporting a leading AI model provider. You will coordinate teams across domains to plan capacity, upgrade platforms, migrate services, launch regional infrastructure, and ensure readiness for new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs
- Drive alignment across account leadership and AWS service team stakeholders
- Define requirements, negotiate priorities, and deliver solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks before they become blockers
- Build operational structure (intake processes, coordination cadences, escalation frameworks, delivery mechanisms)
Technical Overview
You will manage programs spanning cloud infrastructure capacity planning, container orchestration, high-performance networking, data pipeline architecture, and AI model serving. The job emphasizes technical judgment around architectural trade-offs and execution mechanisms, with executive reporting and proactive risk mitigation.
