About this role
Senior Test Engineer I will help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of cloud-based solutions on AWS for the Consumer Markets Division. The role involves designing and executing automated and manual tests across UI/API/integration/data layers, practicing shift-left testing, and contributing to CI/CD with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and architects to ensure quality early in design
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual tests across UI, API, integration, and data layers
- Support shift-left testing with developers on unit/integration/end-to-end testing
- Validate integrations, data flows, and business rules across cloud-based systems
- Contribute to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines; participate in agile ceremonies
Technical Overview
Hands-on testing of cloud-based applications using AWS, with expertise in Python, C#, and .NET Core. Responsible for UI/API/integration/data-layer validation, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration within an Agile SDLC.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior-level QA/Testing engineer with 4+ years in an agile environment, strong automation experience across UI/API/integration testing, and hands-on AWS cloud testing. Proficiency in Python and C# with .NET Core and a solid track record of driving shift-left quality practices is essential.
Must-Have Skills
