The Senior Training Specialist develops and delivers training integrating business processes with skills and knowledge required to safely and effectively perform job duties; coaches and partners with engineering organizations to develop standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Technical Training content for new hire and incumbent employees
  • Design, develop and maintain complex training materials
  • Partner with Line Curriculum Review Committees and Joint Union Management Training committees
  • Collaborates to develop performance improvement solutions
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and utilize LMS

Designs and delivers complex technical training materials using systematic approach; utilizes LMS to document activities; evaluates training effectiveness and manages large-scale training projects.

The ideal candidate is an experienced training professional with 4-7 years delivering technical training; strong instructional design, LMS proficiency, and collaboration with engineering teams to develop standards and procedures.
