About this role
Lead UX analysis and design documentation for end-to-end product user experiences as part of the Product Management Team. Conduct customer research and user testing, define optimal user workflows and journeys, and ensure the delivery process follows discovery, design, testing, and iteration.

- Translate workflows into user journeys and design product screens
- Mentor the UI/UX team and ensure discovery-design-testing-iteration process compliance
Technical Overview
Create complex prototypes and comprehensive documentation that serve as a blueprint for developers and testing definitions for Quality Assurance Engineers. Govern UX standards including visual language, interaction patterns, and quality specifications across products and form factors.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a senior UX professional who can lead UX analysis, documentation, and complex prototyping for end-to-end product design. They will have strong experience conducting customer research and user testing, translating user workflows into intuitive user journeys, and collaborating across product management, design, engineering, and QA teams in a Scrum environment.
