About this role
You will build and drive an enterprise sales effort to establish Amazon Connect as a leading Contact Center as a Service offering within AWS. The role focuses on pipeline creation, CxO-level selling, and partnering with AWS and partner teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on revenue, adoption, and market penetration
- Lead sales efforts in partnership with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives and Solutions Architects
- Engage at the CxO/VP level in large AWS accounts
- Demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking while driving customer engagements
- Provide technical understanding to interact with developers and technical architects
Technical Overview
The technical scope centers on selling Amazon Connect (Contact Center as a Service) with fluency in telecommunications/VoIP and integration concepts involving CRM/ERP and call/contact center solutions. You must also be able to discuss pricing model complexity and collaborate effectively with technical architects and developers.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales professional who can build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and drive revenue, adoption, and market penetration for Amazon Connect - Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). They have strong CxO/VP selling experience, a strategic and analytical mindset, and sufficient technical understanding to partner with developers and technical architects.
