Robert Half is hiring a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations, GL reconciliation, and monthly close across multinational entities. The role emphasizes process improvement and collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares journal entries on a daily basis
- Reconciles general ledger account balances on a monthly basis
- Reviews and analyzes financial statements on a monthly basis
- Assists with year-end financial statement audits
- Assists with accounting operations for international entities (Mexico, Puerto Rico, South Korea, Brazil)
Technical Overview
Focus on general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, and coordination of year-end audits. Exposure to international entities requires multi-entity accounting and treasury activities.
