Staff Analyst supporting CLM and Legal/Risk Operations IT systems; translates business requirements into CLM configurations, drives continuous improvement, and supports Agile delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with LRO to translate requirements into CLM configurations
- Lead system configuration and continuous improvement for CLM and related systems
- Provide instructions to development teams and assist with unit testing
- Analyze business processes and prioritize requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure delivery
Technical Overview
Focuses on CLM platforms (Ironclad, Sirion, Conga) with related tech such as SAP GTS, .Net, XML, SQL; collaborates across IT and Legal/Risk Ops to implement scalable solutions.

Ideal candidate is a mid-level business analyst with 4+ years of experience implementing CLM solutions (Ironclad, Sirion, Conga), strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and agile delivery experience in a global IT/LRO setting.
Must-Have Skills
