Staff BI Analyst - PLM focused on Oracle PLM reporting and analytics; develops OTBI and BI Publisher dashboards, maintains PLM data models, and collaborates with offshore developers to enhance PLM visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Oracle PLM functional team to understand product lifecycle processes and reporting needs
- Develop OTBI analyses and dashboards using PLM subject areas, with attention to performance, usability, and data accuracy
- Create BI Publisher data models using SQL across Oracle PLM and ERP schemas
- Configure bursting and scheduling options for automated or event-driven delivery of reports
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing PLM-related reports, coordinating fixes with stakeholders
Technical Overview
Uses OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE, OAS, OAC to deliver PLM dashboards; writes SQL across PLM and ERP schemas; configures automated report delivery and production deployment.

The ideal candidate is a mid-level BI analyst with 4+ years of SQL and BI tool experience (OTBI, BI Publisher, OBIEE, OAS, OAC) focused on PLM processes; strong communicator and collaborator who can gather requirements and deliver dashboards.
Must-Have Skills
