Staff Decision Scientist

Staff Decision Scientist role partnering with senior leaders to solve ambiguous problems through causal, hypothesis-driven analytics. You will develop metrics and measurement frameworks, create self-serve data products, and deliver executive-ready recommendations to drive business outcomes.

• Lead hypothesis-driven analyses and causal driver discovery
• Develop and automate insights using Snowflake Cortex and AI-assisted workflows
• Own metrics and measurement frameworks and deliver self-serve data products
• Partner with Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and BI to ensure scalable data models
• Collaborate with data governance and cross-functional leaders to ensure metric integrity and compliance

Own decision science analysis across business functions using Snowflake Cortex and AI-assisted workflows. Build scalable metrics and self-serve data products in partnership with data/analytics engineering, while applying advanced statistical methods and maintaining reproducible, automatable insight workflows.

The ideal candidate is a senior decision scientist who leads hypothesis-driven, causal analyses that directly support executive strategy. They have strong experience developing metrics and measurement frameworks and delivering insights through self-serve data products, with hands-on use of Snowflake Cortex and AI-assisted analytical workflows.
