The ideal candidate is a Staff Engineer I with 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years as a Senior Software Engineer II (or equivalent), with a strong record of technical leadership and mentorship. They are expert in Java, C#, Python, MSSQL, and Oracle PL/SQL, and have 5-7+ years working with relational databases and ETL processes, including performance tuning for large-scale systems.
