About this role
The Staff Facilities Engineer will execute facility and construction projects within a capital field development program and provide top-tier support to field operations. The role includes managing special projects, leading process safety activities, and ensuring cost efficiency while improving facility ESG performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business unit facility design and construction programs including forecasting, piping/vessel design, scheduling, and procurement
- Manage pad compression facility projects with focus on sound mitigation and vibration control
- Oversee Scope of Work documents and lead RFQ processes for quality and timely deliverables
- Conduct closed vent system analyses and ensure facility compliance with air standards
- Champion process safety through PHAs, risk assessments, and active participation in PSSR
Technical Overview
This role focuses on facility design/construction activities such as detailed vessel and piping design, scheduling, equipment procurement, RFQ processes, and third-party pipeline connection coordination. It also requires process safety engineering execution, including process hazard analyses (PHAs) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), plus closed vent system analyses for air standards compliance.

The ideal candidate is a Facilities Engineer experienced in executing facility and construction projects for capital field development programs. They should have strong competence in process safety (PHAs and PSSR), closed vent system analyses for air standards compliance, and hands-on experience managing RFQs and facility engineering deliverables for pad compression and production infrastructure.
