  • Plan and conduct contextual inquiries in cath labs and simulation environments; Convert insights into UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design systems; Establish design systems and CMF strategies; Create parametric/surface CAD with G2/G3 curvature continuity; Produce photorealistic renderings, animations, exploded views, and communication assets

Role requires parametric CAD with G2/G3 curvature continuity and Class-A surfacing for tooling readiness. Strong emphasis on CMF, design systems, and GD&T with DFM/DFA collaboration and production-ready CAD/Handoff to manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is a senior staff Industrial & UXUI Designer with 5+ years of experience, a strong portfolio across CMF and UXUI for medical devices, and proven ability to lead early-stage user research. They should be proficient in parametric CAD, Class-A surfacing, and be able to partner with manufacturing to maintain design fidelity through pilot builds in a regulated medical setting.
