Staff IT Program Manager for the Classified Parity project within the Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE). The role leads full program life-cycle execution focused on delivering requirements on cost and schedule while meeting technical requirements and delivering standardized solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full program life-cycle: scope, schedule, risk, resources, and budget
Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule and program execution plans
Create, review and finalize the program Statement of Work (SOW) and reporting cadence
Lead cross-functional organization aligned to program performance goals
Manage development of the classified parity program and potentially multiproject expansion

Technical Overview

Manages an IT/national security classified parity program, including integrated master scheduling and program execution planning. Develops and finalizes Statements of Work (SOW) and runs regular reporting cadence to control cost, schedule, risk, resources, and budget, with cross-functional and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate is a senior IT Program Manager who has managed the full program life cycle, including cost and schedule performance, integrated master schedules, and Statements of Work (SOW). They have strong cross-functional leadership and vendor engagement experience, with the ability to deliver classified parity program requirements. They must have an active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance at application time.
