About this role
Staff/Senior Analyst, Strategic Support, enables digital transformation programs through change management and communications; develops adoption plans, stakeholder engagement, training, and governance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management and communication plans
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and targeted engagement
- Design and deliver training materials
- Analyze qualitative/quantitative feedback to measure adoption
- Develop change roadmaps and align with program plans
Technical Overview
Uses MS 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams), analytics (Power BI/Tableau), and collaboration platforms (Miro, Smartsheet) to drive adoption and measure outcomes; aligns change activities with program plans.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid-level change management professional with 5+ years' experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and hands-on analytics experience (Power BI/Tableau) to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
