About this role
Staff Security Analyst for Okta's Customer Assurance team in Toronto. You will bridge customers and internal engineering teams, own highly technical security questionnaires, and drive automation and training to scale security responses globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Bridge customers and internal security teams
- unpack complex customer security concerns
- own end-to-end responses to security questionnaires and due-diligence requests
- drive AI/automation to streamline workflows and reduce response times
- train regional Go-To-Market and Sales teams
Technical Overview
Focus on SaaS cloud security risk assessment, information security, identity management, and security architecture within an identity-as-a-service platform; collaboration across Security Trust & Culture and regional CSOs; generation of forward-facing security collateral.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a mid- to senior-level security professional with 3+ years in information security and cloud security, capable of bridging customers and internal teams, and skilled at training regional GTM and responding to security questionnaires.
